In store: Cash, Debit and Credit card including AMEX.
Online: Debit and Credit card, payments processed by PayPal.
Please note that card payment cannot be taken for orders under £10.00 in store.
Regular stock items: These are items we keep in stock. They are readily available and our standard returns policy applies unless satted otherwise.
Special order items: These are items we specially order from manufactures/suppliers once you place an order with us. They are not readily available and are non-returnable unless stated otherwise.

Regular stock items: These items are readily available in stock and can be collected within 1 hour of ordering. Delivery time is determined by your selected postage option.
Special order items: These items have to be ordered from our manufacturers/suppliers and are typically available for collection/dispatch within 2 working days. Once you place an order for these items we will contact you with an accurate collection/delivery date.
Note: MKK Services Ltd has no control over delivery. Once items have been handed to the courier it is onto them to deliver items by the stated time frame.
All of our online payments are processed by PayPal, a global leader in payment processing. PayPal has SSL certificates in place ensuring all payments are made securely and safely.
Regular stock items: Your order is handed to a picker who will prepare your order for collection or delivery.
Special order items: Your items are ordered within 2 hours*, we then contact you as soon as this is done with a collection or delivery date.
*items are ordered within 2 hours if your order is placed between 08:00 - 16:00, Monday - Friday. This is due to the working schedule of manufacturers and suppliers. If you do not order within the stated times/days, your order is placed at the earliest possible time there after.
If when we contact you, you are unhappy with the collection/delivery date given to you for a special order item, we will simply refund your payment and cancel the order.
Typically special order items are delivered to us within 2 working days.
